Amelia found passion in the outdoors and fisheries from a young age, and often could be found exploring the creek behind her childhood home or digging holes in the yard. After practice and experience in Steelhead population surveying through a high school course, Amelia gained a Fisheries, Wildlife & Conservation degree from Oregon State University. Since then, she has split time working as a Fisheries Technician for the US Forest Service, and returning home to California to work on the family farm. On the weekends you might find her camping, attending concerts, and people-watching.
