The ECO Plant Survival unit incorporates four interdesciplinary lessons to fully explore plant survival and engage students across science, math, English language arts, and art. At the end of this module students will be able to:

• List what plants need to survive (air, water, sunlight, space, nutrients)

• Explain how different parts of a plant serve different functions (Leaves, trunk or stem, roots, seeds)

• Use observations to investigate plant parts through creative art and writing
